Failed Management pack install (ver. 1.6.1 and 1.7)

Hey Gal,

 

 

A couple things. Is the System Center Configuration (Operations Manager Config) service running? And if so, is it one of the services that is set up as a clustered resource? This service is in charge of writing the event that we are looking for in the event log (1210). Perhaps you can try installation again and check in the Operations Manager Event Log for this 1210 event, or feel free to export the event log and send it to me through email. I can look through it and try to identify why Setup isn't finding the verification information we're looking for.
