    Hi Andradejp,

    You need to reach out to f5 Customer care by giving a call on toll free number in your country and ask them to deactivated the license on the present r series device/devices, once deactivate/removed, the license will be free to be activated again on a new F5 r series device in another DC. 

    No need to shift the device physically from one DC to another DC.
