F5 VPN cannot ping or RDP in Win10 but it works in Win10 home

Hi, I have a VPN with my customer to connect to their equipment. I establish a VPN using a web portal, which set up a F5 VPN in my computer. But, when the VPN is setup, i cannot reach my customer equipment. I have Windows 10 Pro edition. I tried the same in my wife's computer, Windows 10 Home, and the VPN works fine, i reach my customer equipment, by ping and RDP.

What could be the problem? Do I miss something in the Network adapter configuration? I Tried disabling my Firewall, but same result.
