F5 viprion chassis
Before upgarding f5 viprion chassis to a new verison is it mandatory to suspend vcmp guests. What is diff between configured and provisoned mode.which stage should the vcmp guest be put into if suspension of vcmp guest is required

Certainly you need to put your guests in configure state which effectively switch them off and free up resources in your blade. Probably the difference between those states is that configure is mainly that, details about how you want the guest in terms of dimension, vlans, etc. Provision involves more commitment, it will start to provision resources as CPU and memory. I think the main advantage of this is to have as many configuration as you need but you will have a limit when you provision given by the resources available in you viprion.
