F5 V11.2.1 upgrade from 10.2.4 - Can't get portal authentication to work

It started working now on v11. I think I just needed to post the question for it to start working. =D

 

 

I removed a stream profile that I had enabled on the 10.2.4 configuration for testing. That may have been causing something to malfunction, though I had nothing special configured.
