F5 upgrade center

there are newer versions
V15 , V16 , V17
read about versions and upgrade paths here :

But the most stable versions
V14 and V15
I recommend to contact with F5 support team before taking this action , maybe there are conflicts between your current configuration in V14.1.2.6 and the newer versions.Regards

You need to generate a qkview file using following command in your F5 box in BASH mode
qkview -s0 -f "/var/tmp/$(/bin/hostname)_$(date +%Y-%m-%d-%H-%M-%S).tgz"
Once done you need to download this file using WINSCP or any other software and take this QKView file out of your box from /var/tmp/ directory
Now upload it on F5 ihealth site as follows
There in the recommendations section you can see F5 recommendation for OS upgrade paths in UPGRADE Advisor section shown below.
