NimbostratusF5 Upgrade.
I need to Upgrade my Big IP 11.6 HF 6 to 12.1.2 .. I have downloaded the ISO and HF iso. What is MD5 file ? Do i have to use it before I Upgrade ? If Yes, How to use it.. what MD5 does ?

It is used to verify data integrity of the iso.
F5 has calculated the md5 hash and placed the hash on the download site so you can verify the hash after downloading the iso.
On the cli check if the hash of the iso is the same as the hash on the download site with md5sum
