F5 Trial Registration Error

 

We are evaluating BIG-LTM-VE-TR-SW for our application but we have issues activating the license. We see the following error. Any suggestions ?

 

Unable to grant license key: Error 50066 - The platform and Registration Key are for a V5B system and cannot be licensed on this V5A license server. Please use https://activate.f5.com/license/dossier.jsp

    You may have already looked at this, but just in case you haven't, here's a link to the Licensing Overview for the LTM products: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solu...r=29350717

     

     

    If the licensing overview doesn't help, you could also request a new evaluation license.
