F5 to extenral AWS proxy healthcheck not working?

Hello, I have an F5 setup within our secure environment. We punched a fw rule access to an external companies AWS proxy servers. When we do our healthcheck to confirm the servers are running on their backend it is failing. We are using snat pool checking the healthcheck. Is there something I am missing as this should work right?
