F5 Threat signature ID 200012069 Name Missing Boundary in nested multipart

Some CCDA Documents were being flagged by ASM security as a threat "Threat signature ID 200012069 Name Missing Boundary in nested multipart" while others were not. From the error we are unable to find the root cause of the inconsistent behaviour?
