F5 Software Upgrade (14.1.0.6) UNABLE TO INSTALL IMAGE
Hey Guys!!!!!
So I have done many software code upgrades in my life but I am having issues while upgrading from 12.1.4 to 14.1.0.6 & I am wondering if you guys could possibly help me.
I have tried pulling the image via SCP from my desktop to the F5, tried using Curl and pulling the image from the F5, & also tried to import via GUI. When pulling the image I can see the ISO file under the intended directory (/shared/images) but I can't seem to figure out why the BIP-IP won't let me install the new ISO file I have pulled & ran a MD5 checksum on.
Please any suggestions are appreciated.

Yeah I'm feeling stumped at the moment too, I tried importing from the GUI but the image just sits at 0% & never seems to import so I end up canceling it. But I will let you know if I figure something out. Thanks for the response.
- David_MCirrostratusIs there a requirement to follow an upgrade path and go through 13?

Chase, I am also trying to upgrade from 12.X to 14.X. When importing through the GUI, it just sits at 0%. What did you do to get the image to download so that it shows up in the image list?

Gentlemen, I have the same issue, my GUI sits at 0% and never loads 14.1. I am currently at 12.1. I downloaded 14.0 many months back fine. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have tried it from firefox and also from Chrome browsers.

After a second search through F5 support documents I found K24020536 explaining the bug.
