NimbostratusGentlemen, I have the same issue, my GUI sits at 0% and never loads 14.1. I am currently at 12.1. I downloaded 14.0 many months back fine. Does anyone have a solution for this? I have tried it from firefox and also from Chrome browsers.

After a second search through F5 support documents I found K24020536 explaining the bug.
