F5 Software Upgrade - From version 11.X to 12.1
Hi,
I followed proper steps foe upgrade process but after the reboot when changing boot locations I am getting below error
"The configuration has not yet loaded. If this message persists, it may indicate a configuration problem."
Tried to press next but its not processing, Please guide

You should probably open a support case since there are so many different reasons for the configuration to not load.

Did you perform a re-activation of the license before the upgrade? If you have not re-activated the license and thus, updated the "Service Check Date" it will cause the configuration not to load. In order to verify, please launch an SSH session to the BIG-IP and issue the following command:
grep "Service check date" /config/bigip.license
It will give the following output:
[root@bigipcore02:Active:Changes Pending] config grep "Service check date" /config/bigip.license Service check date : 20180904
Make sure the service check date is later than 2016-03-18. If it's not, then that is the issue.
