F5 SAN certificate install on Version 10.2.4
Can we install SAN Certificate on version 10.x generated by version 11.x or from a Server.

You sure can. The installation procedure for SAN certificates is not any different. Just install it as any other certificate.
In case of v10.x your only limitation concerns the possibility of creating a new CSR of a SAN certificate yourself. You couldn't do that in F5 v10.x GUI, and must use the Linux tools available in CLI, or request someone else to generate the initial CSRs of SAN certificates for you.
