Hi,
Using the webui, you can force the active unit to standby by following the below procedure :
- Go to the webui of the active unit
- Go to Device Management >> Devices
- Select your actual active unit
- press "Force to standby" button
- press "OK" when the webui prompt you for a popup asking : "Force this device to standby ?"
Your active unit should switch to standby. Pay attention that the "auto fallback" is disabled in the device group. Otherwise, the newly standby unit will come back to active state.
