The BIG-IP 2000 platform is End of Software Development, and cannot be upgraded in a supported manner beyond version 15.1.2
K9476: The F5 hardware/software compatibility matrix
Development of 15.x will continue (currently 15.1.3) but these ongoing BIG-IP releases will not be tested or supported on the BIG-IP 2000 platform.
ASM Signature Updates are tied to the release version (i.e 15.1), and will continue to be developed and released until the software EoSD date.
Note that ASM Signature Updates require a Service Check Date that is less than 18 months before the Update date - you will need to regularly re-activate the license to allow ASM Signature Updates to be performed.

thank you. May I have one more question?
for BIG-IP 2000 which is EoSD exceed.
But If I install version 15.1.2 which is still in EoSD phase, Will F5 fix bug on it?
If i have bug/defect/vulnerabilities on v.15.1.2 in BIG-IP 2000s, Will F5 fix it for me?

In most cases hotfixes for IDs are only developed against the current release, which means they are unlikely to be implemented against an older codebase. This means that platforms that are EoSD may not get hotfixes for critical vulnerabilities on the final release supported on that platform.
Customers in this situation should be having a discussion with their F5 Account team/F5 Sales about their options to move forward to supported platforms - this includes Virtual Editions which are more flexible than some hardware options, and can take advantage of more memory and faster CPUs than older physical BigIP devices.
