my site provides services to another company, and it wants to hide the URL of the backend servers (openshift technology) through my company provide fack URL and redirect it to the real URL in by LTM

I would like to suggest if you have not found a resolution and have valid support on your LTM to create a general assistance case. Alternatively, if this is a new set up professional services could be another route available https://www.f5.com/go/contact/request-f5-professional-services. 

    I would also like to encourage, if you have found a resolution to please update your post for anyone in the future who may have a similar need.
