Thank you for posting your question. I see it has been up for some time with no response. I would like to suggest if you have not found a resolution and have valid support on your LTM to create a general assistance case. This can be done by visiting myf5.com or calling the support line North America Toll-Free : 1-888-882-7535 or International: +800 11-275435 or +1-206-272-6888. Alternatively, if this is a new set up professional services could be another route available https://www.f5.com/go/contact/request-f5-professional-services.
I would also like to encourage, if you have found a resolution to please update your post for anyone in the future who may have a similar need.
