F5 node health Unknown (Enabled)

Ping is working fine, i have many other nodes working in same subnet, if i take same node and put it in other pair of F5 it works in same LAN subnet but for LTM10200 its not working (we have around 200 nodes in this F5). I can 100% guarantee that its not ping issue or network connectivity issue.

 

Some official F5 documents suggesting its bigD service issue and may impacting monitoring and they suggest restarting bigd service but i am worried to do that in production.
