F5 MP installation fails with Fatal Error 1603

Hi guys,

 

 

I'm attempting to deploy F5 MP on Windows Server 2008 R2 box. The wizard steps are passed just fine. But the installation fails after - here is what I get in failure log ("Setup.log"):
