F5 MP installation fails with Fatal Error 1603

&nbsp; I'm attempting to deploy F5 MP on Windows Server 2008 R2 box. The wizard steps are passed just fine. But the installation fails after - here is what I get in failure log ("Setup.log"):

Cause:&nbsp;
The system is unable to load DLL MOMBIDLdr.dll.&nbsp;
Resolution:&nbsp;
Copy MOmBidLdr.dll from C:\Program Files\System Center 2012\Operations Manager\Server to C:\Program Files\F5 Networks\Management PackRun the installation again
