F5 Management Pack

I am having alot of trouble locating the download for the F5 Management Pack. I am looking to get access to the PowerShell cmddlets. Looking in the download section I see alot of articles on the management pack itself but I am failing to see the link to the binary? Can anyone point me to the binary specifically? Thank you
