You have to expect the LTM to log the request as soon as it arrives, while the application logs it when it starts (or finishes) processing it. If a SQLi payload uses SLEEP(), the delay happens on the application/database side, not on the LTM. So the request timestamps should be almost the same but the application log may appear later if it only writes the log after the request completes.
