F5 LTM for IBM Websphere Message Queue

HI all, we are setting up IBM WebSphere Message Queue on F5 for the 1st time. When we are testing to send message over, there's nothing to be seen on the application server. We check all logs and there's not even any indication that it had reach the application server.

 

Below is a tcpdump between the firewall to F5 to server. Please let me know if you see anything abnormal. What does TCP segment of a reassembled PDU refers to ?
