F5 LTM - http headers

Hello group, 

 

does anybody know if there is any way to add the below headers via Load balancer, v16.1.3

 

Cache-Control: private, no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate

X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff

      I tried using the Request Header Insert but unfortunately it did not work. I was able to add the header X-content-type:nosniff using an irule, but didn't find how to add the cache-control header.
