Malik, to answer one of your questions, you can enter the device serial number here and get details on the device's license etc. https://secure.f5.com/validate/validate.jsp - Kevin_Stewart

1. Platform and software EOL information:
http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/3000/200/sol3225.html
2. If you can access the management GUI then the license is still active.
3. The licensing dates are in the Systme - Licensing section of the management GUI, or in the /config/bigip.license file if you can't access the GUI.
4. That depends on the hardware version, but generally yes.
5. If you have a current license and support contract then you should be able to upgrade. - What_Lies_Bene1

That device went end of sale around 3.5 years ago: http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/9000/000/sol9031.html - What_Lies_Bene1

You'll be able to upgrade to whatever the latest TMOS version was when the support contract on the device expired. - nitass

production license (i.e. not evaluation license) never expire but whether it is upgradable or not depends on service check date.

1500 platform supports up to 10.2.4.
