F5 GTM Resolution

Hey,   We have a WIP configured with only one pool (with 4 IP's) and both alternate and fallback methods set to NONE. For some reason if that single pool goes unavailable then the GTM will resol...

But it was still resolving even when the BIND Server is disabled ( DNS Express is enabled though) and Unhandled Query actions is set to allow. Is this something expected behavior ?
