Seemed random but the users affected their Outlook would work until they tried to send an email with an attachment. Once they did that it would get stuck in the outbox and not clear. All emails after stacked up behind it. They could still receive emails fine though. Once we applied the hotfix any affected users Outlook worked fine. Out of 100's of users only had 5 confirmed cases that could not fix by reinstalling F5 components.
