f5 failover issue
I have this weird issue with f5 pair, it takes 14 minutes after failover to mark health monitor up. Not sure where to look. Any help is much appreciated.

This is very weird as you say, because normally each BIG-IP in a cluster checks the backends using its own physical Self IP.
So normally, both devices monitors continually all nodes. And when it failover, VS are already in a stable state.
Could you check the health monitor frequency ?

yeah i know, i am not even sure why health monitor goes down on failover. it checks every 46 seconds.

Maybe something wrong configured in your cluster or network settings...
Could you check the /var/log/ltm file on both devices after the failover...

nothing seems wrong in the log, it shows tells that pool members were and came back up.
