F5 f5-bigip-runtime-init for on-prem

Can bigipruntime init config yaml with DO declaration be used in On-prem VE F5 hosted on Redhat kVM .

Motive is to onboard the configuration after the F5 vm is up .

I know for Azure we can use bigipruntime init confg yaml .
