F5 do not refresh a web page of OJS 3

I installed OJS 3 (Open Journal System) on local server and all worked fine. Then we used F5 as medicator to publish this system online, then what we noticed that the pages which include database retrieval will not show that latest change, always keep the last page. OJS is a PHP application with MySQL and we used IIS as web server. The machine used windows server Operating system.

I appreciate your kind assistance what we need to change in F5 to make it working.
