CirrostratusF5 DNS/GTM HA Configuration
Hello everyone,
We are in the process of upgrading from the Guest GTM to a new Tenant GTM appliance. Our plan involves adding the new GTM to the cluster sync-group( no floating IP), performing a manual full synchronization, and monitoring its performance for a day. Once verified, we intend to gracefully take the old GTM offline. If all functions well with the new GTM, we will then remove the high availability configuration and proceed with cleaning up the old GTM. Any suggestions or recommendations on this approach? or is there any different approach?

hello,
I followed the way when we decommission existing DC GTM. Please find the doc i used for it, if it's helpful for you: -
Adding a new BIG-IP GTM to a GTM Synchronization Group (f5.com)
Removing and re-adding a BIG-IP DNS system to an existing BIG-IP DNS synchronization group (f5.com)
Also please add the new listener IP in public or internal DNS for receiving traffic and removing OLD IPs and monitor.
