F5 configuration Changes on LTM !!
Hi There
is there anyway of listing last couple of changes made on LTM ? Its difficult to search via GUI and also if we have to search from logs, it takes ages and even then we don`t get the exact configuration change which was made last time.
Any advice would be highly appreciated. Is there any script which can be used ?
Thanks
khiali

Hi khiali,
You could save (manually or automated via script) out your bigip.conf file daily found in /config and then run diffs with your program of choice.
You will also need bigip_base.conf (also in /config) to see any network changes as well (vlans, self ip's etc)Brad

You can also "turn up" MCP audit logging. It'll natively dump to /var/log/audit, but you can configure it to go off-box. This will log all actions in the configuration.
