F5 Cloud Services - DNS Servers not registered in whois as Name Server
I'm trying to test out the F5 Cloud services DNS Service and when I try to change the name servers for the domain I'm working with to ns1.dns.cloudservices.f5.com and ns2.dns.cloudservices.f5.com, my registrar rejects the change. After investigating, the name servers do not appear to be registered with whois as name servers. Also, when trying to call F5 support as directed from the docs, the support line had no idea how to even open a case without a serial number for a device.
Where do we go for support for this product?

Mark,
I am familiar with your case. First, I'd like to apologize for the difficulty getting a support case opened.
I'm aware that we do finally have a case open for you. Also, I'd like for you to know that I have been working with the the appropriate support teams to not only improve the existing process based on your experience, but also to ensure it's communicated out for everyone's awareness.
Again, I apologize for the difficulty and hope that our current efforts eliminate these difficulties in the future.
Thanks,
Lance W.
