F5 Citrix Secure ICA Proxy

Hello, was wondering if anyone had some advice on why launch.ica is not being downloaded when launching a published Citrix app from the F5 WebTop? We are replacing StoreFront servers - in other words not using StoreFront. A quick look at web browser debug shows it tries but fails with a status code of 500 Internal Server Error.
