    You can remove the Logout URI Include that has been added into the properties of you access policy.

     

    Should be something like: /Citrix//Authentication/Logoff

I have tried this option and it does indeed log the user off, however, it also closes out the users running application so this is not the answer for the question. I am also having this issue and have not found a solution other then what others have stated of increasing the timeout on the Web Interface IIS sever.

    The question was how to disable APM user session logoff feature without re-configuring iApp. Are you trying to do the same?
