You can remove the Logout URI Include that has been added into the properties of you access policy.
Should be something like: /Citrix//Authentication/Logoff

Jan 14, 2016I have tried this option and it does indeed log the user off, however, it also closes out the users running application so this is not the answer for the question. I am also having this issue and have not found a solution other then what others have stated of increasing the timeout on the Web Interface IIS sever.
