F5 BIGIP Proxying ICA traffic of Citirx
Hi anyone here tried proxying traffic of ICA in Bigip?
I am doing configuration review in citirix gw and my question is how does ica know where to return the traffic back to original netscaler gw?
I am seeing this a problem when we migrated this NS GW to F5 APM and proxy the ica traffic at the same time.
Thank you.

Hello, can you be more specific, what is the issue you are seeing with the ICA traffic?

Hi David, actually I am just assuming it that it is going to be an issue in F5 once we migrated the NS GW to F5 APM and does the ICA proxy at the same time.
What I understand is, once the traffic passes through the NS and went to StoreFronts -> DDC/XML -> XENServer, and ICA is created. This SF should know which NS where the traffic was originated(NS GW) so it can routed back the ICA traffic. However I saw some this feature called "callback" which I think does the work/determine which NS GW where traffic was originated.

Hello, so based off that post it sounds like the Citrix Gateway Virtual translates to the APM Virtual Server on a Big-IP.
