F5-BIG-VE-LAB-V13

Hi! I live in France and i would like to study F5 (firewall n LTM). I saw there is a lab edition vm which I would like to buy. The problem is that I can not find how to buy a such license in France if I am not working for an enterprise.

 

Is it possible to buy directly from F5 website ?

    Hi Jeff, it should be possible to buy a VE Lab license from one of F5´s regional system integrators. At least it worked for me this way (bought 4 licenses from a local F5 partner). Alternatively the local F5 guys in France may provide you a free eval license (valid for 45 days only). Thanks, Stephan

    Alternatively, you could also just spin up an AWS instance 'on demand'. This may work out even cheaper depending on how much 'practise time' you are planning on.

    Thanks a lot for your quick answers ! I will try both. A question for Stephan: your local F5 partner accepted to sell you a licence even if you are not an enterprise ? I'll try but I think in France they will not accept..
