Hi Jeff, it should be possible to buy a VE Lab license from one of F5´s regional system integrators.
At least it worked for me this way (bought 4 licenses from a local F5 partner).
Alternatively the local F5 guys in France may provide you a free eval license (valid for 45 days only).
