F5 Big-IP Cannot Boot
Hello DC,
I have a problem with my F5 device which cannot operate and it shows a message as below:
This is mean it cannot detect hard drive or something else? Anyone used to experience on this please help to advise.
Thanks!

Hi,
how did you get this message. I guess it's after an upgrade? (10 -> 11) or others?

its very likely the disk. if after few hard reboot it is not responding and always end up with the same prompt, try to clean install the BIGIP SW, if still the same prompt, then opening a support case would be best to see if the disk can be RMAd.

Looks like BIOS does not see HDD. Open a case with tech support to ger box or disk replacement.
