F5 ASM

I am trying to setup F5 for WSS traffic , but i also need to enable ASM to inspect the data. How can i achive this .

As when I create a VS and enable ASM policy I need to apply HTTP profile. BUt for Websocket traffic i should not use HTTP profile. how can i configure this.

For ASM i need to decrypt the data and can reencrypt but how to configure for WSS traffic .

    Hello,

    As I see, you need to configure 2 separate VSs - one for HTTP traffic and another one for Websocket traffic.

    They can be different by IP and/or port, while they can use the same pool and/or ASM policy.

    For Websocket traffic you need to configure usual HTTP VS and specify WebSocket Profile for it in advanced configuration settings. You can use default "websocket" profile or create your own.
