F5 APM Windows 8.1

Hi,

 

We have migrated Citrix AG to F5 APM, currently we are in the rollout phase, we are having some issues with connecting F5 APM resources (Webtop shows up with the resources) using Windows8.1.

 

I have gone through all the F5 APM compatability matrix versions, Windwos 8.1 with 64 bit browsers are not supported, even 6.x does not support it.

 

We can not ask every clients (all the vendors) to move to 32 bit browser.

 

Is there any documented step by step procedure on how to enable the compatibility mode to make the browsers work with APM.
