We have migrated Citrix AG to F5 APM, currently we are in the rollout phase, we are having some issues with connecting F5 APM resources (Webtop shows up with the resources) using Windows8.1....

I just use the info from here Forcing to IE 9 Compatability mode iRule this past week for one of our apps. It was't a APM webtop but it worked for our situation.
