F5 APM windows 10 access issue

I am struggling to configure the f5 apm split tunnel vpn connectivity for windows 10 tab/PC access. can somebody please share sample config or steps for F5 APM 12.1.2 , tried various combination no luck , windows 10 access client not able to connect the f5 vpn at all , i have modified the win10 vpn configwith power shell command to authenticate with client cert only.
