F5 APM SSL VPN user cert issue

Hi Folks

 

we are using F5 APM ssl vpn with internal user certificate auth and working fine but randomly we are now seeing issue with user cert getting deleted from local PC and system team suspecting f5 is causing the issue , as work around we need to connect the corporate network and re import the certificate again. does any one faced similar kind of issue ,
