F5 APM Sharepoint word file not opening

We have SharePoint servers load balanced on F5 , we are using APM policy for MFA and SSO. Its not working ,as a work around applied irule to bypass the "/test"URI for access::disabled. Now when I directly access the URI its bypassing the APM authentication,which is a violation as per standards. Any help will be appreciated
