F5 APM Login Page connected to PingFederate

I read recently about OAUTH and for what you want you can try OAUTH not SAML or the Ping profile on F5 . OAUTH allows the F5 as OAUTH client/resource server to get the user and pass and exchange them with the ping federate server for access token to allow the user and the access token will allow f5 to get info on the user groups etc.  https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K42333110.
