NimbostratusF5 APM inactive time is not working
Hello Team,
I Apm module the default user inactive time is 900seconds and i have changed it to 300 seconds.
We have tested but its not working.Below are the steps we performed Login with test user credentials connected to the VPN Once the test user was connected we sit ideally and watched the behaviour. After 20 mintutes, still the test user was inactive.his session was not been logged out.
Can any one suggest..???

Are you connected with a windows device?
Did you ever see a windows system stop sending data on network???
The reason is when you are connected to vpn, there is no «inactivity»
