F5 APM + ADFS, issues with PowerBI mobile application and SSO

I'm working on troubleshooting an issue with our ADFS environment, which is using APM as the replacement for the web-facing component, and handles end-user logins. APM is configured to do NTLM SSO to ADFS, which for typical web based applications works fine. My problem occurs with the mobile app for PowerBI, where logins cause ADFS to present a form instead of challenging for NTLM authentication. My guess is that this is really an ADFS problem, but was hoping that someone may have run into something similar for this in the past. I've tried adjusting some of the headers/user-agent to no avail.
