F5 APM - OWA 2010 not working using RSA auth

Hi ,

 

I have configured OWA 2010 in APM . It works fine if i use Just AD authentication but if i use RSA as well i mean two factor authentication i am getting following error in RSA console.

 

ERROR:

 

user XXXXXXXX attempted to authenticate using authenticator "SecureID_Native". The user belongs to security domain "SystemDomain".

 

I have configured RSA in APM under AAA--secure ID server. RSA console has F5 IP address as standard Authentication agent.

    Hello,

     

    Can you check that the RSA Agent you configured is not in restricted mode ?

     

    Otherwise, you will have to map a group to your user that your agent allow.

     

    I believe this is a securID server configuration issue.
