F5 Access for Mac OS

Hi,

I'm using F5 Access for Mac OS and every time I disconnect it I need to restart Mac to make it work again

It keeps giving me the error: "Your session could not be established..."

    I'm new on this forum so, are you saying to give up on this? is there no one from F5 that could help us here?
